CAN I ADD SOMETHING TO MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, for security purposes we do not have the ability to recharge a credit card so we cannot add any items to an existing order.
Placing a new order is the fastest way to get your additional items.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?
Yes and No. We can change sizes or cancel items within 24 hours of placing your order, but we cannot add new items to your order (see above).
Each order is created just for you! With on-demand production, everything is made to order, creating less waste than conventional manufacturing. This is why we can only make changes within 24 hours of receiving your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do ship internationally at this time but not to all countries. The customer is responsible for ALL duties and fees imposed by customs in that country.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PACKAGE WASN'T DELIVERED TO ME, BUT THE TRACKING STATES THAT IT WAS?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, Electric Life won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
If you are unable to locate the package and would like to reorder your shipment, you will need to place a new order to have it reshipped.

WHAT'S AN ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCT?
Our eco-friendly product collection consists of items made of at least 70% organic or recycled materials, or such material blends. Currently, that includes, but is not limited to, organic cotton, recycled cotton, recycled polyester, recycled nylon, and organic cotton/recycled polyester fabric blends.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE ORGANIC OR RECYCLED MATERIAL CONTENT IN YOUR ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS?
Our printing partner’s eco-friendly product collection consists of items made of at least 70% organic or recycled materials, or such material blends. Currently, that includes, but is not limited to, organic cotton, recycled cotton, recycled polyester, recycled nylon, and organic cotton/recycled polyester fabric blends.
To verify material content, we collect valid certificates from our suppliers. As proof of the product’s organic composition, we accept either GOTS or OCS certificates. As proof of the product’s recycled composition, we accept either GRS or RCS certificates.
GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD (GOTS)
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent third-party certification of the entire textile supply chain. This standard also sets limitations on other fibers that can be blended with organic fibers.
ORGANIC CONTENT STANDARD (OCS)
The Organic Content Standard (OCS) is a certification for non-food goods that confirms the organic material presence in the final product. It also follows the supply chain from its source to the final product.
GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD (GRS) + RECYCLED CLAIM STANDARD (RCS)
The Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) and Global Recycled Standard (GRS) are international, voluntary standards that set requirements for third-party certification of recycled content and supply chain. The shared goal of the standards is to increase the use of recycled materials. The GRS includes additional criteria for social and environmental processing requirements and chemical restrictions.

HOW DO I USE INSTALLMENTS WITH AFTERPAY?

First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It's that easy!

CAN I USE INSTALLMENTS WITH AFTERPAY IF I'M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?
Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have:
- a US, CAN or AUS billing address,
- US, CAN or AUS shipping address,
- a US, CAN or AUS credit card, debit card, or bank account,
- a US, CAN or AUS mobile phone number.
Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
For pay-in-4 payments, generally customers are required to make their down payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method.
For monthly payments, customers may be required to make a down payment at the time of purchase. The remaining payments will be deducted every month from your payment method until all scheduled payments are complete.
For all Afterpay payments, you can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE INSTALLMENTS WITH AFTERPAY?
Afterpay orders are delivered pursuant to delivery time frames presented by Electric Life Shop after you complete your order online.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND ON A SINGLE TRANSACTION?
Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on YourWebsite.com using installments by Afterpay.
ARE THERE PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PURCHASE USING INSTALLMENTS WITH AFTERPAY?
There are certain items that are restricted from purchase using Afterpay.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED USING INSTALLMENTS WITH AFTERPAY?
Subject to Electric Life Shop's return and refund policies, if you have changed your mind, you may be able to return your Afterpay purchase for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets Electric Life Shop's Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.
If you are fully returning items you purchased using the monthly payments option and a refund is owed, any amounts paid towards the good or service will be refunded; any interest that has already been paid will not be refunded. You may be charged interest for the period of time before your refund is processed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY MY AFTERPAY INSTALLMENTS ON TIME?
You will be prevented from using Afterpay and you may be charged a late fee.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A PARTIAL REFUND, AND HOW DOES THAT AFFECT MY PAYMENTS?
Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed.
If you purchased using pay-in-4, your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.
If you purchased using monthly payments, interest already paid will not be refunded. Any amounts paid toward the good or service will be adjusted, interest will be recalculated based upon the adjusted amount.
DOES AFTERPAY CHARGE INTEREST?
Pay-in-4 purchases are always interest-free.
Monthly payments may include interest. If your installment loan includes interest, you will be able to see the amount you will owe before completing the purchase.
